We are on the second step of the escalation development ladder. You have had at least one feedback conversation – but unfortunately things have not changed. Therefore, you need to be very consistent in how you address this issue. It’s kind of “Last call for final boarding”. If nothing changes after this conversation – you need to start a formal process. The employee should know about this and not be surprised, if at some point it will become a formal issue.
