In order to avoid typical mistakes in delegation like overstraining somebody or not being clear enough about the actual outcome, the 7 levels are part of agile leadership because they provide you with a granular process, that respects the employees readiness level.

Let’s go back to your task list from module 1, where you categorized your typical tasks in Leadership, Management and DIY/expert work. Pick 2-3 tasks, that you would like to delegate and think about WHO you would like to delegate this to as well as the context. Be ready to present the scenario in the next Pitstop and play delegation poker with your learning peers!
